How to be Healthy
You eat by stuffing your mouth with food. But your body eats by breaking down soluble fiber, protein, and stored body fat, and distributing the minerals and vitamins from them into your bloodstream. Did you know that there really is a magic, happy pill? Well it does exist; figuratively at least. This pill is a lot easier to swallow, and most effective however, if you take the time to swallow your pride, first. The name of this pill; is Gratefulness. You want to be happier? Then be grateful, first!
Be grateful! For example: if things are so bad that you are living on the streets: be grateful that you are living on the streets. If your children are driving you crazy: be grateful that you have children. If you hate your job: be grateful that you have a job. Remember; it does give you the means to provide at least some of the things you need.
Of course, I’m not saying that if you’re in a bad situation, you should be happy that you’re in a bad situation. I’m saying be grateful that you are living, and be grateful for those who gave you life! Because as long as you are living you have the freedom to choose to make your situation better. And the first step to improving any situation, is having a spirit; a feeling of gratitude.
