I’m glad you’re here!

There’s an old African adage that says: It takes a village to raise a child. Today that village has grown into the entire world, and the “child” is nearly 30! Hi, I’m Donna René. I am a mother of two, a grandmother of two; and a Public Health professional who is also nationally certified as a Health Education Specialist, a Domestic Violence Advocate, and a Holistic Stress Management Instructor.
Not to be confused with clinical health practitioners like doctors and nurses, Public Health involves everything that affects human physical and mental health, relationships, overall well-being; and is mainly about prevention for entire groups of people. In other words, I provide information that helps people avoid all things horrible from the flu to heartbreak.
I enjoy reading scholarly articles and reports written by scientists and doctors of philosophy and medicine, looking for real answers to questions that affect every day health and happiness. While I marvel at modern medicine, I personally prefer to take a more natural approach to health when possible. My mission is to provide reliable information, that can lead to happier, healthier lives in general, for you and those you care about.
Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Education through Regent University, and I am on schedule to complete my dissertation in December, 2024
In the meantime, I spent years researching one topic in particular “off the clock” then wrote a quick-read- E-book and created an audio visual of that book to share my findings, in the hopes of helping parents bridge the gap between what is taught in high school Sex Ed, and what all people (but females especially) really need to know for happy, romantic relationships.
This quick-read E-book received the maximum allowed 30 Continuing Education Credits from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing in May, 2020. The book and the video inspired by that book are now both available for you to download immediately. Thanks to all of you who continue to support my efforts to provide you with the most reliable information for your health, happiness, and overall well-being.
