Key to Long lasting Love

What’s the Key to a Long-Lasting Relationship or Marriage?

Choose a man who has already chosen you: emotionally, intentionally, and consistently, before intimacy ever enters the picture.

The key isn’t mutual chemistry. It’s his chemistry first.

In my work, I explain that women bond through oxytocin, estrogen, and most quickly through physical intimacy; which makes “being physical” feel meaningful and long‑term. Men don’t bond that way. A man only forms a deep, lasting attachment when his testosterone drops enough and his oxytocin rises enough. And that only happens when he is already in love before sex.

That’s why the order matters.

A long‑lasting relationship begins when he chooses you first, clearly and emotionally, before you invest your body or your heart. Only then does it make biological sense for a woman to invest and attach.

So, the real key is this:

Choose a man who has already chosen you: emotionally, intentionally, and consistently, before intimacy ever enters the picture.

When his biology is aligned with commitment, and your biology is protected rather than exploited, that’s when relationships last.
