VirtualVillageMom uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authorize access to YouTube API Services. We do not obtain a user’s Google password through this authorization process.

Users may review and manage third-party access to their Google Account through Google’s account permissions and connections controls.

VirtualVillageMom Ambassador Program Terms

Welcome to the VirtualVillageMom Ambassador Program.

We’re honored to have you join us in protecting lives, spreading truth, and empowering families. As an Ambassador, you’re a partner in this endeavor. You’re promoting products, but you’re also supporting a larger mission in women’s health and relationship education. Revenue generated through VirtualVillageMom helps support our work, including development efforts related to our patent-pending men’s health product.

The following terms explain how the Ambassador Program works.

Important Program Update

Effective June 13, 2026, all eligible VirtualVillageMom digital products may generate commission and count toward Ambassador commission-level advancement.

Ambassador bonus payments remain limited to qualifying video-course sales. Sales of books, eBooks, app subscriptions, and other eligible digital products may generate commissions and contribute toward tier advancement but do not qualify for bonus payments unless expressly stated otherwise.

This update supersedes previous language stating or implying that only video products qualify for tier advancement.

Commission Structure

Every Ambassador begins at a 30% commission rate on eligible sales. Commission levels may increase based on qualifying sales performance:

• 30% – Starting commission rate
• 40% – After 40 sales per month for 2 consecutive months
• 50% – After 60 sales per month for 2 consecutive months
• 60% – After 80 sales per month for 2 consecutive months
• 70% – After 100 sales per month for 2 consecutive months; maintaining this level requires at least 100 qualifying sales per month

VirtualVillageMom may establish promotional commission rates or incentives from time to time. Any promotional terms communicated for a specific promotion apply for the stated promotional period.

Referral Tracking

The Ambassador Program uses referral links, cookies, and related tracking technologies to attribute eligible purchases to Ambassadors.

Referral attribution depends on the successful operation of these technologies and the customer’s purchasing activity. Attempts to manipulate referral tracking, generate fraudulent transactions, or improperly claim another Ambassador’s referrals may result in withheld commissions or removal from the program.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Commissions may be held for up to 30 days to account for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, payment disputes, or other reversals.

Commissions are payable only on eligible completed sales that have not been refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

Ambassador Representations

Ambassadors must represent VirtualVillageMom products accurately and must not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims.

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, platform, and consumer-protection requirements when promoting VirtualVillageMom products.

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their material relationship with VirtualVillageMom when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Respect for Digital Products

VirtualVillageMom products are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Ambassadors may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, upload, or give away VirtualVillageMom digital products without express authorization, including products personally purchased or provided for Ambassador use.

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination from the Ambassador Program and other remedies available under applicable law.

Program Participation

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between an Ambassador and VirtualVillageMom.

Ambassadors are independent participants responsible for their own promotional activities and any tax or other obligations applicable to their earnings.

VirtualVillageMom reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for fraud, deceptive promotion, abuse of the program, intellectual property violations, material violations of these Terms, or conduct that creates material legal or reputational risk for VirtualVillageMom.

Technical and Tracking Issues

VirtualVillageMom works to maintain reliable referral tracking but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, browsers, cookies, networks, payment systems, or other technologies outside our reasonable control.

If a tracking or technical problem occurs, VirtualVillageMom may review available records to determine referral attribution where reasonably possible.

Changes to the Ambassador Program

VirtualVillageMom may modify commission structures, qualifying products, bonus programs, eligibility requirements, or other Ambassador Program terms.

Material changes will be communicated or published through appropriate VirtualVillageMom channels. Changes will apply prospectively according to their stated effective date.
